Free Translation
Oh mind! There is none
superior to goddess nIlOtpalAmbikA; the one who grants the stages of
liberation commencing with sAlOkya; the one whose feet are worshiped by Indra
and guruguha; the one who is decorated with jewels studded with blue gems; the
one who is without any blemishes; the one who is of the form of three bodies,
gross, subtle, and casual; the one who is of the form of the yOginis
worshipped by the doctrines of kuLa, and kauLa; and the one who dwells in
mount kailAsa.
NOTES
There
are four stages of beatitude – sAlOkyam, sAmIpyam, sArUpyam, and
sAyujyam. The one in the same sphere (world) is sAlOkyam.
This k.rti also features some
tAntrik philosophy.
The
rAga mudra for gauLa is given in the line “kuLAkauLa
mArgayOginyAm” in a slightly altered form,
“kaUla”.
