• Valedictory function (Shri. T. V. Venkataraman, IAS, Former Chief Secretary to Govt. of Tamil Nadu presides; Chief Guest: Shri. Madhan, Cartoonist & Journalist; Welcome Address by Shri. Mohan Parasaran (Chairman, CAC); Felicitations by Shri. V. V. Sundaram; Awards of Recognition to Shri. Toronto Venkataraman (President, Bhairavi Fine Arts, USA and Cleveland Aradhana Committee), Shri. S. V. Krishnan (Naada Inbam), Shri. K. S.
